Hello FitFreaks!

I am almost done with day 1 of my isagenix cleanse! Yay!! Only 10 more to go! Today was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I woke up around 9:30 am and drank a bottle of water. 

At 10:30 am I had my first shake and natural accelerator. I am also taking a bee pollen supplement, which is not part of the program.

At 1:00 pm I had a bottle of water and at 2:30 pm I had 2 Isagenix snacks.

I am not following the eating schedule as I should (thanks to my crazy schedule) so I did not eat lunch until 5:30. I had a grilled chicken salad.

As far as working out, I swam 30 laps in the morning and plan on doing a quick strengthening routine later tonight. I also need to drink one more shake tonight. It is important to eat everything to avoid hunger later on and prevent a binge.

So far, I’m feeling good and staying strong!

11 a.m. 2 Wafer Snacks
12 p.m. Bottle of water
1 p.m. Lunch (Spinach salad with tuna and veggies)

8 a.m. Wake up

9 a.m. First cleanse drink of the day. (two scoops of Natural Rich Berry Cleanse for Life powder.) Take 1 capsule Natural Accelerator with big glass of water.

10 a.m.  Drink one water bottle.

11 a.m. Eat two chocolate Isagenix Snacks!™ wafers

12 p.m. Drink one bottle of water

1 p.m. Second cleanse drink of the day. 

2 p.m. Drink one bottle of water

3 p.m. Eat two chocolate Isagenix Snacks!™ wafers and take 1 Natural Accelerator

4 p.m. Third cleanse drink of the day. 

5 p.m. Eat two chocolate Isagenix Snacks!™ with one bottle of water

6 p.m. Drink one bottle of water

7 p.m. Fourth and final cleanse drink of the day.

8 p.m. Eat two chocolate Isagenix Snacks! and drink one bottle of water

10 p.m. Bedtime!

Hi babes!

Been slacking with the blogging for a while (school and work can really catch up to you!!) but I am back in action!

Starting May 20th I will be doing the 9-day Isagenix cleanse with a 2-day pre-cleanse. I did this twice before. The first time I lost  11lbs! The second time I wasn’t able to complete the cleanse :( This time I want to make it my best yet!

For those of you who don’t know what the Isagenix cleanse is, it is essentially a 9-day cleanse designed to kick start your weight loss and boost metabolism. You drink shakes throughout the day and snack on wafers that are included. The package also includes a natural accelerator pill that you take once a day and a “cleanse for life” drink that you take on the last 2 of the 9 days (and the 2 pre-cleanse days).

I’m not going to lie. The shakes and wafers aren’t the best tasting and the cleanse drink is…horrible. BUT it is a great healthy cleanse that gives results! I’ll be posting an example schedule and most likely a post or two for every day during the cleanse. Keep me motivated and feel free to ask questions!
